A 2005 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, followed 160 overweight volunteers who were assigned to the Atkins, Ornish, Weight Watchers or Zone diets. <p>A report published in the journal Science Translational Medicine have reported an interesting discovery about the relationship between sugar intake and balance intestinal flora. Researchers have found that a diet high in sugar and fat are substantially alter the composition of bacteria in the intestine, making it difficult to maintain a healthy weight.</p>
<p>Is Dr. Jeffrey Gordon of Washington University in St. Louis, for many years doing research that highlights the role of gut bacteria in regulating body weight. Intestinal flora is sometimes called &#8220;good&#8221; bacteria because it is very important for food digestion and assimilation of nutrients into the blood. When the bacterial digestion of balance or modified, the body is unable to convert food into a form that is easily digested.<br />
<strong><br />
Research on Rats</strong><br />
Studies conducted in mice, experiment by implanting various types of bacteria into the mice to observe the effect. Two major divisions of bacteria, Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes write about 90 percent of all bacteria. Studies conducted by Dr. Gordon has revealed that Firmicutes bacteria is more efficient in digesting the food which the body is unable to digest itself.</p>
<p>Then Dr. Gordon decided to experiment with various bacteria in gnotobiotic rats, or mice that had no bacteria in their intestines because they were raised in a sterile environment. What he found was that gnotobiotic mice that received bacteria from obese mice to become obese as well. Similarly, those mice that received bacteria rely gnotobiotic rats tended more toward leanness.</p>
<p><strong>In Humans</strong><br />
The same experiment was tried with human intestinal bacteria and the results were the same as well. What also becomes clear is that the mice that received bacteria from the human gut has a slim proportion far higher than they do Firmicutes Bacteroidetes.</p>
<p>Rats, which starts with low-fat diet rich in healthy plants, which turn to sugar-high, high-fat diet after implant human bacterial slim. It was found that within 24 hours, the two compositions is activated resulting in bacterial phylum Firmicutes became more dominant than the Bacteroidetes bacteria.</p>
<p>This study illustrates the strong relationship between diet and health in ways that do not normally have been studied by researchers. <p>This question does not need to be answered because it&#8217;s the right rhetoric. Fat bodies buried that makes you look bigger than the portion of the protein in your body. But is not in your diet to eliminate or reduce the portion of the attached fat throughout your body? What have you done in an effort to get your ideal body? </p>
<p>(1) Exercise helps burn fat quite effectively if you can do so routinely and regularly as well as discipline. Not only your body will become slimmer, but your health is getting better. Next?</p>
<p>(2) Of course pengatutran diet in your daily diet should be controlled properly. Perhaps the portion of carbohydrates begin to be reduced, as well as fatty foods and other energy-rich foods.</p>
